OUR METHODOLOGY

We work with all kinds of meats (whatever you want, we have it) and fish, to satisfy the demands of all palates. Tell us your idea and we will give you a budget adapted to your needs.

OUR CHEF

Our chef Matías N. Provvidenti is an Argentine chef from the agricultural and livestock area of Argentina, specifically in Rafaela Santa Fé, having acquired from an early age the culinary techniques and knowledge of the most traditional roasts passed from generation to generation.

Thanks to his time in Europe, he acquired avant-garde techniques that, together with the knowledge acquired during his youth, allowed him to create a unique cuisine style.

As soon as we entered the restaurant we appreciated the kitchen, which is separated by a large window inviting you to try the incredible meats that were displayed there. We loved the matured ribeye. Everything Superb!

The restaurant is very nice, very cozy and with a great decoration. The quality of the food is incredible. The best thing is that it's cooking on the grill is with firewood, which is appreciated in its flavor. Very good menu and good variety of wines. We will be back!!!
